Traditional Worship in the Sanctuary
Sanctuary Service
When:  Sunday mornings at 8:45 a.m.
Where:  Just inside North Entrance to the church

This is an updated "traditional service" held in our beautiful sanctuary. Opening with an organ prelude and pastoral welcome, the congregation then joins in singing hymns, confession of sins, and Affirmation of Faith. Special music is provided by the Chancel Choir, Hand Bell Choirs, one of several Youth Choirs, and/or selections offered by other vocalists and musicians. Then receiving of tithes and offerings is followed with prayer, scripture reading, and the sermon. Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of every month and at other special services. We offer child care, but welcome children at all services.

Contemporary Worship in the Christian Life Center
Christian Life Center Service
When:  Sundays at 11:00 a.m.
Where:  At South side of the church building.  Enter from CLC doors in east parking lot.

The Christian Life Center Service has a more "contemporary" theme. The service is a bit more casual.
The Praise Band and Praise Singers lead the music in this, with words projected at the front of the congregation.  Contemporary Christian Music is blended with some of the traditional hymns. Scripture and a sermon are also an integral part of this worship.  We offer child care, but welcome children at all services.

Hispanic Service
When:  Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m.
Where: 118 North 12th Street, Fort Dodge, IA  (Just 3 blocks south of First Presbyterian Church)

We celebrate a new step in the growth of the Hispanic Ministry of the church.  They have moved to a larger location of their own at 118 North 12th Street, Fort Dodge, IA.  This service is conducted in Spanish language led by the Rev. Bien Acosta.  On June 6, 2010, this ministry took another big step as they formally become 'Life and Hope Presbyterian Church', the first church plant our Presbytery has seen since 1964.

We welcome 'Life and Hope' into our family of churches!
